Thank you to the Moms who wrote to me about changing out the coil. The quarter did the trick, and it definitely wasn't that hard to fix. Hopefully, this has solved the problem :)
Get used to playing CI Technician. You'll be going through the coils! I have lost count of the number of coils we've replaced over the last 20 months. These little ones just are too active for such sensitive equipment. ;)
Cochlear is incredible about replacements. I have been nothing but impressed with the service from them.
