We JUST received a phone call from our insurance company that they have APPROVED Christian's upgrade to the Nucleus 5!!! More to follow, but we are THRILLED that he will be able to take advantage of the device's many upgrades and options! Cochlear has been wonderful during this process...and shockingly, so has our insurance company!
