Bleepity Bleep Bleep!

We officially hit a major milestone today with Christian's Cochlear Implant rehabilitation, and he learned a new word today that unfortunately, I can't print on this blog. Let's just say it rhymes with truck.

We braved the crowds today at my favorite specialty food shop to pick-up our ingredients for our Valentine's Dinner (Chuck is making me Steak Au Poivre and I made him Chocolate Covered Strawberries). It was absolutely crazy in the store, and the parking lot was even worse. As we headed out of the lot to go back home, a very rude driver (with Diplomatic Plates of course!) completely cut us off, and then tried to get over 2 lanes to make a left hand turn on a very busy road. My mild-mannered, gentle giant, teddy bear of a husband was so miffed, that he yelled "F*cker Go" out of frustration.

And, almost as if on cue, from the backseat, Christian repeated him, almost perfectly. We did all we could to not laugh hysterically. He then repeated it again, and again, and again. It came out as "Pocker Go!". Chuck tried to quickly recover by then yelling "POPSICLE".

This is the one time where I am thankful that his /f/ sounds aren't quite perfected yet.

That is *hilarious*!

Oh, my! Over time, perhaps it will morph into "popsicle!" and you won't have to worry about it.

Still chuckling over here!

hahaha, at least if he says it in public you can pass it off as something else.

LOL! That happens a lot. I don't understand why people with "Diplomatic" plates almost always drive horribly! I've had one just cut me off the other day! and it was pretty darn close!

LOL at your son - that's just so adorable! Actually...that happened to me pretty recently. Yikes!
